A couple of lines….
I need to get back to my roots and to restore my traditions by expressing them in the only way I know: singing, dancing, performing and giving traditional and popular Mexican songs an artistic and very personal interpretation. I gave myself the name “La Cumbanchera”, which celebrates one of the greatest Mexican composers – Agustìn Lara, who was born in Tlacotalpan Veracruz – and his work “La Cumbancha”… With love and respect for my own country…
